How to Get Started
Step 1: Free Phone Consultation
(10 mins)
Your first step is a brief phone call directly with the doctor. You can ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and get a sense of whether our approach feels comfortable for you. If both you and the doctor feel ready to move forward, you can schedule your first appointment at the end of the call.
Take the first step today! Contact us or schedule your free phone consultation to get started!
*For adults (18+), family members are welcome to join with the patient’s permission. The doctor will need to speak directly with the patient.
*For patients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be on the call together with the patient.
Step 2: Initial Evaluation
(45-60mins)
Your first visit is centered on getting to know you. Your doctor will listen to your concerns and learn about your symptoms, medical history, and personal experiences. Together, you’ll create a personalized care plan tailored to your goals.
*For addiction treatment or controlled medications, an in-person first visit and yearly in-person follow-ups are required. Each doctor completes their own evaluation and prescribes only when clinically appropriate; medications are not guaranteed.
Step 3: Follow-Up Care
(<30mins)
Ongoing visits allow us to check in, adjust your care as needed, and support your progress over time. Each session is paced to meet you where you are, with thoughtful and steady care every step of the way.
